With this letter we would like to inform you that Scholl Energy & Steuerungstechnik GmbH and R+S Stolze GmbH intend to take over the switchgear construction of Scholl Energy – Steuerungstechnik GmbH at our Lübeck location, with a transfer of operations (§ 613a BGB) to the integrate R+S Stolze GmbH. This is expected to take place on March 1st, 2022.
Stolze and Scholl have been working together successfully at their Lübeck site for many years. The Scholl employees have just as much know-how in the field of switch cabinets as the Stolze in Shipbuilding. Since both have often worked together successfully and more and more cooperation’s are pending, it only makes sense to merge the two group companies at the Lübeck location.
Existing structures remain completely intact and are being expanded. Therefore, nothing changes in the service that we deliver to you.
Dennis Goetsch will oversee the Joint Ship. Since 2018 he has already successfully managed R+S Stolze and is therefore the ideal Captain to unleash the synergies resulting from the merger of the two companies.
We will contact you separately regarding contractual matters arising from business relationships with Scholl Energy & Steuerungstechnik GmbH. New contracts should already be concluded with R+S Stolze GmbH.
